Its location was relatively quiet and perfect to a black sand beach which makes a great pit stop. Very knowledgeable and excellent staff on the reception desk and the pool area was very clean.

The total stay was very nice for our 8th visit. The location in a mostly residential area was unbeatable and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. We dined at a pretty good nearby restaurant with vegetarian dishes.

Beautifully presented and brand-new units with an absolutely breathtaking view over the sea. Smart and excellent stuff on the reception desk. Location - fantastic, close enough to the town center, the A La Carte ' Culinarium' restaurant and a church. Also, to the airport on the courtesy bus.

The rooms were reasonably sized and huge, with regard to the view. This accommodation had a hillside setting on activities that we enjoyed. We am soft drinks and beers drinker and we truly enjoyed their salad bar.

The venue was clean and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and amiable. We tried breads, eggs, fresh fruit and pastries, everything was nice. Truly enjoyed the way our good-sized room with a mountain view was arranged. The location was exceptionally nice and perfect, not very far from a night club. There was a particularly good restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The location was marvellous for exploring this decent area, next to the old and new areas, restaurants including cash points and the mountain. Also, an open air sea water pool was within walking distance. The a la carte restaurant and the main bar were on site.

The location was great, just a short walk away from Barreiros Stadium. There were small supermarkets and supermarkets around the hotel. I was there for 3 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant at the property breakfast. It had a huge variety of meals for breakfast, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The place was tasteful and had polite and courteous staff from the chambermaid, really enjoyed the stay. I ate at a nice restaurant at the hotel breakfast. Its decent, hillside location was a plus. You could walk to local supermarkets and small supermarkets.

It was a fabulous place, had courteous staff on the reception desk. The restaurant was stunning with vegan choices, we ordered awesome dishes. Generally everything was very good, but the bathroom was mouldy. The location was great and fab - ease of access to Barreiros Stadium.

Thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing accommodation with amazingly attentive and helpful staff from the chambermaid. Had an airy king room, which allowed us to enjoy splendid view of the sea & harbour. Our hotel was in a relatively quiet and decent location to LIDO or Funchal centre.
