The hotel has great and charming location adjacent to the centre of Funchal, which is close to public transport and the pedestrian zone of the old part of Funchal. All of the staff were welcoming, pleasant. I enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable.

The hotel was in an excellent location just off which is close to public transport, and the centre of the historic city for what we wanted it for. Every staff member was helpful and welcoming.

We had wheelchair accessible room with WiFi, which was important. Having a shower, a bidet and bath sheets was a bonus. The property's location was best possible, right in the city centre.
