It is overall clean and spacious hotel, the staff are excellent and location surround by numerous quality restaurants is premier and fab. Have a drink at the lobby bar.

The hotel is perfectly clean with private parking. It has very efficient staff and very good services. The rooms are newly renovated and a nice size and have superior views of the sea and hills. Thank you very much for a really enjoyable stay, would come here again.

I had 6 nights in Funchal, spending the time here lovely. The location was excellent, the room was updated and a decent size. The place was only a short distance to Mermaid Restaurant, where you can have dinner. They recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast which was more than adequate with good choices.

Generally, enjoyed this stylish and upscale accommodation with knowledgeable staff from reception desk to restaurant and Spa. Wonderful and premier location to centre of Funchal was a plus. Went for dinner at Chalet Vicente, located within 5 minutes walking distance. The food in the a la carte restaurant was outstanding and fresh.
I didn't find food, so was a little disappointed.

In general, I liked my recently refurbished and decent sized room with nice views. The location couldn't be more amazing and premier in the Lido area. Moreover, it's next to lovely Madeira, shops, museums, gardens and art galleries and a rocky beachfront where there are watersports available such as jetski and parasailing. An a la carte restaurant for lunch was an advantage.

It was based in spotlessly clean building in a premier location, to the nearest Indian restaurant which was very good if you 're into Indian food. Had brunch in the Leeno's Bar & Restaurant, located nearby. Truly enjoyed my newly remodelled and large room with sea-view and plenty plug sockets plus a terrace. A nice shower and a shampoo were very handy.
