It was an absolutely great and pleasant hotel, nesteled in an elegant building. There were blackout drapes, a hair dryer, and a kettle in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, heated pool area. The property was in an exceptional location adjacent to Camara de Lobos, especially Marina and a sports bar with four TV's showing premier league and top European football.

It has stunning and exceptional location a couple of blocks away from Cais do Carvao. All in all they offer nice service. We would definitely come back as had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the hotel.

This is a well-appointed hotel with especially helpful staff right through from management. Make sure you stay in the family room with a nice view from balcony. The location of the venue is perfect, near various clothes and sportswear shops, the Madeiran and Japanese restaurants and the botanical gardens which are n't as impressive.

Hotel has a good location. We could visit one of our favourite spots Pure Atlantic Massage not far from the venue. We liked the staff and food and tourist-friendly prices. 30 minutes' drive to the airport.
