Had a really enjoyable stay in September for our second visit, glad I've chosen it. We ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. The excellent and very pretty location was a short way from Saint Mary's Cathedral. The property was set in an extra comfy area.
The staff - some of them were not particularly helpful.

The location offered was convenient really close to sea front, and the centre of Funchal where there is a lovely promenade walk available. The service was very good and the rooms where well-kept with bathtub and balcony very nice with views onto the Atlantic plus tea.

The staff is service-minded here, the services are very good, and location is absolutely perfect so close to the hill 100 m away, the 580 m high cliff known as Cabo Girao and several very good restaurants.
