Special and ideal accommodation with exceptionally kind staff in their customer service. Great location in the free library and with bars and restaurants around the corner. Nearby Antonio's - great place to chill out.

A nice size units and very efficient staff from cleaners to managers. Separate bedroom with a spotlessly clean bathroom. The location absolutely perfect down hill to the centre of Funchal. Based short walk to a very beautiful island as well as the shops and bars.

Overall it was well-equipped and nicely furnished with good space. The location was unbeatable, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Madeira Story Center History Museum. The staff was service-oriented and hard-working, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge.

That was lovely hotel set in great area, near to the port and the old part beyond, the local supermarket and the various restaurants. I enjoyed hot and great breakfast and its well presented variety. The location was marvellous - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. I ate in the lobby restaurant nearby. It had a special atmosphere and provided exceptional service.

This hotel was comfortable base for exploring Funchal, thoroughly enjoyed it and property's very pleasant staff in their customer service. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Funchal Toy Museum was great. Several stores and a big supermarket were right next door.

It was in a perfect and lovely location in the brochure or in the documents given on arrival or even a notice in the restaurant. The pool was lovely and I had hot drinks in the downstairs bar. The staff were hard-working and were happy to help, if required.
