The breakfast had lots of decent food and drinks. The staff was really kind and nice, whenever I needed help. The hotel was luxurious and modern and in a central location not far from airport, the center of Santa Cruz and sea front. Also, it was close to Robert Dundas.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a perfectly pleasant experience. Our room was beautifully maintained with a balcony, loved having access to wake-up service. Attentive staff and the location was convenient.
Shame the bathroom was not clean.

Liked this place, it was well-maintained and extremely convenient. Everyone we met from the staff was useful. The food was brilliant - a great selection of options. The sea view was amazing and the location was good, close enough to bars / restaurants at center / seaside, pleasant town centre with sea front and center / seaside. Besides, the hotel was not too far away from Meu Super Santa Cruz.

The location was perfect and nice for our trip. Besides, we were just next door to both the airport and Funchal, convenient store which closes around 18:30-19:00 and center / seaside.
