Was a holiday base for new year. Appreciated the place, had a just perfect stay of holiday. The location was beautiful and particularly good, really close to the pebble beach as well as many cafes and bars, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Also, it was within easy walking distance of an award-winning oceanarium.
