The location is excellent, specially if you want to stay close to restaurants and pubs. The hotel offers a good hot breakfast with ham, yoghurt, fresh rolls. I appreciated the staff, they are amazingly nice and accommodating.

This hotel exceeded high expectations, we can just recommend to all. Stayed here for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, it was next to the best restaurants and the cable car to Monte and the marina. The double room was nicely furnished with 3 large windows. The stuff where excellant during our whole stay.

This is a hotel go-to for Funchal! The place is wonderful and clean. The breakfast is excellent served with tomatoes and cerials, as for instance. All the staff members are lovely and fantastic. It has very central location and right next to a funicular station.

Everything was perfect, no complaints, I can just recommend it. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Living Room. Also was close to restaurants and bars. The room was brand-new, I had a nice hot and adequate breakfast. The employees were extremely friendly and best.

Fairly clean hotel in a historic building not far from the best restaurants in the old town, beaches, plenty of restaurants and tapas bars around, and the promenade. Wonderful staff and attention to detail. Fairly quiet unit with a terrace. Lovely coffee and tea. Very central location in the old quarter, adequate and excellent breakfast. Besides, easy to get to Santa Maria Street.

No complaints whatsoever, would be happy to recommend it to all. This charming old hotel is based in a very cozy building and has an outdoor restaurant. The staff are excellent, managed the parking nearby. The breakfast is warm and adequate, and the location is magnificent adjacent to a lovely bakery and restaurant as well as all the bars in the street are packed with people.
