Everything was really perfect, so were GREAT views over the mountain. The staff was amiable, rooms were reasonably large and individual. It had great facilities, every hotel should provide central heating, a work desk, and a cable TV. The location turned out to be lovely, close to the cliff linking the Arco de Sao Jorge, Madeira for hiking a relax and a tropical garden.
