The hotel was fabulous and comfortable in general, had courteous staff at the reception desk. The room was immaculately clean and with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and a personal safe at your disposal, fabulous view. The breakfast was very good and magnificent with a huge variety of food.
It had quite hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The twin room I stayed in was tastefully decorated with view of the mountain. The hotel had a remote setting on the cliffs of the N coast of Madeira.
