Homely and clean place, super-friendly staff. Huge single room with views of the sea. Marvellous, unbeatable location on the beautiful island of Funchal. Based just off the hill for food, banks, a more local, residential area, so calmer than downtown and the city centre, buses and Avenida do Mar.

Had king room with terrace and wake-up service was available in it. I enjoyed that they had a fridge, a coffee/tea maker, and multi-channel TV. All the staff was attentive, settled my issues. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to the downtown, supermarkets and the Island.

Strongly recommend to everyone. Possibly the best and very comfortable stay for a vacation and to sleep. Satisfactory breakfast and a wide range of goodies. Good staff with smiles. Fairly nice area, central location just next door to the center of the city as well as twelve minutes.

This was a very comfortable stay for a vacation and to sleep. The staff and the owner were all good. Got the same clean single room with lovely view booked online, greatly enjoyed that. The hotel provided a satisfactory breakfast with which was lovely and a nice view, for instance. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standards.
