Staff were great, atmosphere was special, it had amazing location very close to a restaurant and the mountains. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including cakes, yoghourt, fruit, eggs, and cheese.
It had quite hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The venue was relaxing and nice, I enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close to markets as well as Levada do Caldeirao Verde. The staff was welcoming and kind all the time. There was a huge variety of fine meals.

The location of this hotel was amazing. The overall atmosphere was special, however some staff members were not particularly helpful. The restaurant was really nice with a great view here, I had fresh dishes.

I got big and budget room with an amazing view. Having an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk was very convenient. I found the hotel's location good and stunning, right by the restaurant opposite the road, the attraction of the north side of the island and the sea and the coast. I checked out Curtado, that was set at a short distance from the property.

Low-budget hotel, with excellent personnel. The food was always great. The view from budget queen room was beautiful. We were in a hurry and didn't use the pool although it looked amazing.
